      Peers and unit managers lack all professionalism. Company policies limit growth and opportunity. Over competition leads to a toxic work environment. If you want to feel unappreciated in a large company, with "good benefits" Citi is the place for you.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
