      Pros

      Cool projects, decent level of visibility to Senior Managers.

      Cons

      Pay use to be competitive, now they use every reason not to give a decent raise or bonus. Difficult to implement real change in a company this size.

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
