      After the changes that came after the financial crisis debacle, I can not think of a single positive comment to make about Citi.

      Cons

      Management at all levels treat staff like cattle. Compensation is barely competitive with other institutions, but they don't care, if you don't like it - leave.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
