      Great reputation, diverse people allows to seek out like minded individuals to maximize experience, extracurricular activities, sophisticated resources available to employees

      Cons

      Glass ceiling, all boys club atmosphere, difficult for new employees to integrate into firm without a great mentor, low pay

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
