Pros

benefits, peer group, call center operations were very standard. Learned a great deal

Cons

no where to go. Big Box call center only 3-4 slots for promotion. Most talent left after 2-3 years. Burn and Churn type of job

Pros

Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

Cons

Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
