Cant say anything extraordinary you would gain working for Citibank rathher than in any other bank
Cons
If you are considering Warsaw office to work for; Terrible office conditions, benefits are way lower compared to competitors and other companies, limited chance for self development, no company culture. For foreigners not knowing Polish would be highly disadvantegous 80% of the people who works here do not want to speak English ( even for work purposes!!)
