A good reason to you'd like to work for Citibank would be if you genuinely love teller work. Citibank empowers its tellers with many abilities.
Cons
Everything else you can literally think about on a workplace aspect. Seriously. This company does not follow what it preaches. Management is irresponsible and many times aren't sure of what they are doing unless they are going by their policy & procedure reference (which they still always mess up on even with the reference in their face).
