We have good benefits, 401K Match, and good training within to take advantage while in company. Flexible work arrangements and good old fashioned managers.

Sometimes too big of a corporation to get procedures changed but can suggest changes anytime.

- The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
