      Pros

      Large, diverse bank. Lots of opportunities to move around within the bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Work-life is out of balance (too much time in office required). Upper management seems inept, and has been for several years.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
