      The negative press right now. Working for Smith Barney which was sold and then purchased by Morgan Stanley and the changes that brings.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
