The Global footprint allows for travel and opportunity as well and exposure to working with different regions. Work can be what you make out of it.
Cons
Silos exist and diversity in thinking can be a challenge as well as a benefit. People do not seem to get rewarded for what they do but for what they say they do. So a very pretentious incompetent individual could rise the ranks faster than a quieter more deadicated worker.
