I happen to have a set of good senior managers directly around me, so it makes things quite satisfying. I have also managed to acquire a good team under me - excellent people. The work is for the most part interesting, and the work-life balance is good. They do recognize top talent, just wish there was more of it. There are some good people, there are some bad.
