Reasonable pay but lack of benefits. Good for graduates to gain some experience. - Anonymous employee Citi Employee Review

Pros

- location in IFSC - global firm = some prestige and a lot of different opportunities. It is easy to change a department if you don't like your job - reasonable pay - in the middle of market rate. - no overtime - never, ever :) however is some departments people work longer, but not too much. - if you are friendly, sociable with a little bit of luck you can get high position in short time - most talented people already left or plans to leave, so it's a heaven for average now :)

Cons

- extremely poor management, based on friendships and politics - you can wonder how those people got there... oh wait you know - they are friends with somebody above :) - due to above - something like mission does not exist. The management is focused on keeping their jobs not on growth and developing the employees. Nobody cares about the company, only about personal gains. Personally I have never seen such decay in any company I worked for. - very poor client service as nobody cares about the job - most people work there because they got hired. They don't care and don't like the job. But this is probably similar everywhere...

Pros

Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

Cons

Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
