      Great name to have on your resume. Stands out great when looking to change jobs or to go to Business School. Many global opportunities

      Cons

      A vertical organization, No work-life balance. Days can go slow sometimes, making them boring, and very active some days causing all-nighters (very often)

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
