      Pros

      Most of my supervisors were great.

      Cons

      There were lots of management and procedural changes while I was at Citigroup, which made it very frustrating to accomplish long-term goals. Also, the company morale was pretty low.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
