Great experience and exposure. Lots of information to learn and to deal with. Enterprise is globally known. American uses and costumes are being cascaded to all subsidiaries bought worldwide. Generally well salaries, and some additional benefits.
Cons
Always working under pressure to meat deadlines, and to fullfill goals. Not too much work-life balance. Meetings to be held at random hours due to global teams.
