      The PTO is great Managers are nice and not breathing down your neck. Opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      The pay is not great for this position and the raises aren’t either. They say it’s “based on performance” but even as a top performing employee they raise was 1.5%

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
