      Pros

      Flexibility in Hybrid Model. Nice Campus. Good ofc infra. Pays night shift allowance. Growing company with growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Long ofc hours half the year. Small teams with a Manager. Reluctant to approve appointment of new employees. No proper performance review. You need to have a good rapo with ur manager.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
