Pros
Steady work, wfh, monitor/laptop provided, good people/camraderie, lots of food and beer back in the office. Good Christmas party. Good teams. It can feel blah and repetitive back but looking back it was actually nice in the office. Informal and relaxed compared to other places where they dress up and don’t get paid as much. Management also nice about vacation.
Cons
The usual long hours in finance due to last minute deliverables / client needs but it’s been better now. Pay can be higher?
