      Good place to learn, strategic office location, exposure to some of the high-profile clients in the industry

      Cons

      Internal system is a bit outdated and not streamlined, not the best business strategy, depending on your team you might get micromanagers - some of them prefer having quite and obedient team members over high achievers

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
