      Went downhill. No integrity - Manager Citco Employee Review

      Pros

      Used to be a good place to work and the boss was great. Not any more.

      Cons

      Now full of politics and lies. My manager used to be great but has become tainted over the years and has resorted to bad behavior and dishonesty. Cannot recommend this place. Beware the HR dept too. The company's documents are plagiarized from a car rental company. Very dishonest.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
