      Very good employee: collaborative environment, smart and friendly colleagues, international environment, hybrid work conditions, interesting work content and many areas for development.

      Maybe difficult hiring, but overall really great place to work. Join us!

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
