      There was no pros. This company is a scam

      Cons

      I worked here for 4 months and made 400 dollars. Everything is commission based and their leads are either old or uninterested. You are expected to make 200 calls a day, dialing each number twice, and the people who do answer are either rude or won’t show up to the meeting. Lastly, if you do sign a contract with a client, if they cancel their policy within 3 months you have to pay the company back

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
