      The benefits are really good, nice colleagues within my team and a good atmosphere within the company with lots of social events, Very international

      Cons

      Little to no room for development or career progression within the company after 3 years, weak leadership, lacks a clear strategic vision for both the short and long term future

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
