      Nice people and good work vibe but there was no incentives there to work hard as you got no reward for doing so

      Cons

      poor benefits and no salary increase. Management was non existence in Citco. Very little guidance there for their employees

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
