      Free soft drinks and fruit.

      Cons

      Too many 12 hour days with no breaks at all. No procedures for training new staff. Each team has its own way of doing things. No over-time payed, just flat-rate. You will be worked to the bone until you just quit.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
