      Pros

      it is a good company for start for new graduates. good benefits, and nice workplace. Also you can learn a lot things.

      Cons

      The only negative that comes to mind is that the internship did not directly translate to a full-time position with the organization.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
