      Nice office atmosphere Timely Salary Present Hybrid culture 3D-WFH ,2D-WFO

      Cons

      Cab facility is not good, it wastes our time. No transport allowance for employees for their own transport. Only Desktops are provided for work,no laptop is given. No overtime pay. No Breakfast or Lunch or dinner provided. Sometimes extended working hours.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
