      Pros

      Largely informal work setting, relatively flat hierarchy and a very involved management team. Free beer on Fridays.

      Cons

      Very little, if any, salary increase. Difficult to move across functional areas even if one is qualified for it.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
