      - Offers one of the better benefit packages - Great people in a diverse environment - Not much bureaucracy (not "stuffy" culture) - People are generally willing to help each other

      Cons

      - Limited career advancement opportunities - Very long hours from January through April (70-80 hour weeks) - Bonuses are subpar and below industry standards

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
