      Free Beer, money was ok. people are young and some are very fun to hang out with it.

      Cons

      poor management alot of over time and some of the staff are unhappy and it shows.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
