      Pros

      Citco pays good compensation. Great training in FA dept. Supportive atmosphere. Free dinners (if work after 7pm to meet deadlines).

      Cons

      long hours 9-6pm+ sometimes necessary. no bonus in '08 & '09 due to market decline. commute can be pretty long & costly to dwntwn core.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
