      Pros

      Good Spring Board. Fun enviornment, mostly smart individuals. Greaty Health Benefits and other small perks.

      Cons

      Terribly Managed and Low pay. Too many cheifs not enough indians type of place. Thinks accounts are idiots when we can see profit margins.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
