      People were nice and friendly; dedicated to their jobs

      Cons

      Unorganized with multiple ineffective meetings. No one wants to take responsibility for anything and very much pass the buck.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
