      Pros

      Senior management have made a concious effort to improve employee work life balance and morale in recent years. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Citco also offers excellent in house training opportunities.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
