      Citco is a great place to start your career in the finance industry as it provides the right exposure in terms of dealing with financial instruments, with various stakeholders and provides learning opportunities to its employees such as classroom training.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement when in comes to compensation.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
