This is the worst company I have ever worked for. - Terrible work life balance - Poor communication - Some good managers but most of them have no managerial skills - Subjective work reviews - Toxic culture Do not take this job unless you have absolutely no other alternatives.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
