Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the work environment and this is often listed as one of the positives of working with us. We aim to create a collaborative and friendly work environment in all our offices. I appreciate that due to the client focused nature of our business, the hours are sometimes longer than we would like and we do try to balance this with policies and practices that promote employee work life balance. It was as a result of employee feedback that we just launched our new MyFlex programme to encourage and support flexibility in the ways we work.
