management does not value talent, constantly will hire seasonal and then promote them base on performance during busy season. This is to pay lower title works less than competitive wages.

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you.
80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
