      Pros

      Great experience for anyone starting out. Friendly co-workers, fun events, free drinks/beer. Opportunity to travel to other Citco offices/fund companies.

      Cons

      Overtime and lots of it. ( yes this is being addressed but some teams can't get away from it ) Hard to move up, they tend to hire from outside rather than promoting current employees Bonuses/Raises are rare, and small

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
