Pros

- the work is so hard that you actually learn valuable skills and stress management if you're lucky

Cons

- everyone sucks up to the management and is fake - they lie and overwork you so basically if you show you finish work on time, they load you up with more and more work - not a nice culture at all - very stressful environment to work in - no career opportunity

As part of our onboarding of new employees we are working hard to ensure that employees are provided with as much training as possible to ensure they have the information, tools and resources they need to do their job successfully. We encourage our managers to meet with employees on a monthly basis and provide success coaching to ensure that employees have an opportunity to express any concerns or feedback they may have. Citco is committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so I am disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
