      Pros

      Free beer after 5. That’s it.

      Cons

      Overtime is expected, no work life balance, morale is awful, gestures from management that go nowhere, raises and bonuses are so bad, work is boring and repetitive, no room for growth, understaffed and a lot of stress. Promotion raise was an insult after the year the company had.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
