      Company name Free drinks HMO plus 2 dependents 14th month Looks like a Pros but Na-uh Dont be fool by this

      -low salary too many work. -Youll be assign to different tasks as in Many task! And leave you helpless and confused. -sick leaves - they dont like sick leaves they will kick you out if youre always sick so yeah be an immortal. If you fully use your Sick leaves brace yourself! -Politics - Too much of this. Favoritism is their cup of tea if you are no use for their own hidden career agendas bye bye -Management team - Doesnt really care about their employees as long as they get their high pay checks! Please hire someone with good leadership skills and ensure they are really capable of handling this dept looks like a prqctice ground for unexperienced managers vps etc -Relatives are allowed - did i say Relatives in management team? wow! Something fishy!

      Dear employee, Thank you very much for your feedback. You have raised a number of concerns here which we are already looking into. However, as an information, we have a pretty good attrition rate for the past several years averaging between 12-15% which is pretty good compared to 30-40% attrition in other companies in the industry. While there is absolutely a number of items that we are already working, rest assured that we have nothing but good intentions in making our employees' lives better. Thank you, HR Manila

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
