As one of the Managing Directors in the Jersey City office, I want to thank you for sharing your views and concerns.
Our employee’s opinions are important to us; which is why we have rolled out the MyVoice survey and ensured confidentiality. We want your honest feedback to address key issues. Hearing from our staff through the survey will help Senior Management to evaluate and improve our organization. Our people and their dedication to Citco is what truly sets us apart and key to our continued success.
Senior management remains committed in its continued efforts to communicate with staff and create a positive work environment. We schedule town hall meetings several times in the year and share with our employees as much as possible as to the direction of the organization and the office. We endeavor to continue to be as transparent as possible with everyone. We will continue to experience change as Citco is evolving to meet the needs and the expanding requirements of our clients and the industry. We have a strong and supportive local management team and as a whole share a common goal which is to be respectful, sensitive and compassionate to all our employees.
