      there is free beer after 5. Wish I could say bonuses but that is something we never know about

      too much work to be completed - unrealistic expectations. expectations to work overtime is demanded. unrealistic expectations put on team members

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
