      Salary, Bring you in with Good Salary

      Target - PIP - Fire ...this is the pattern they are following....last three years three employees from my team and this year it's me... If it is really employee performance issue they should hire/backfill but never ...it indicates they are over hired and firing as per plan

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
