I could potentially write a book of cons and warnings about this organization but here are a few highlights of my experience working here for about 2 years:
1. Absolute aversion to technology and using it to improve processes and efficiency. Instead, they are stuck in the stone age and will expect you to manage 100 different excel sheets for everything!
2. Your manager will most likely be toxic and block your growth unless you are a "yes man" who is willing to give up on the concept of work-life balance.
3. You are contractually entitled to 1 unpaid hour of lunch, but if you are able to take that even 40% of the time, you've won. Meetings will get booked over blocked calendars without thought/consideration. But if you want any accommodations, the contract is suddenly the word of the Lord.
4. Diversity is okay as long as the upper management / decision makers all look and think the same - with of course token member to show off during Black History Month and other events.
5. Did you display more competence and knowledge to the client than the incompetent CSM? Too bad, you're probably going to be on the chopping block on the next monthly layoff schedule.
