I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cielo (Halifax, NS) in July-2016.
I was contacted by a Cielo recruiter for a recruiter position with a client in Nova Scotia. The process was very quick and professional (approximately 2 weeks). It consisted of four interviews with a pre-screen, two telephone interviews and finally a face to face with two HR managers. The face to face meeting was good, but I sensed a decision was already made prior to my arrival. In the end, I was literally rushed out of the door after the meeting started 15 minutes late. It is disappointing to be led on a little with discussions of salary, start dates and general satisfaction with my background. I received a generic email several days later from Cielo explaining I was not qualified. No offer after four interviews seems like the hiring process might need some review. However, I would say those who actually interviewed me were very pleasant and professional.
