      Pros

      - work from home - company's strong commitment to technology to facilitate virtual workforce and allow for interaction with colleagues across the country

      Cons

      - employee experience varies widely based on client and client service delivery team - numerous promises made to client are largely unattainable, resulting in dissatisfied clients and frustrated management team, both of whom old recruiters accountable for not meeting unrealistic standards and SLAs - you have to be based in Brookfield or align yourself politically with the right clique to move ahead within the organization.

      Pros

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
