Pros

1. The company offers a global perspective and exposure to a diverse set of payrolls. 2. Some colleagues are supportive and collaborative, providing a semblance of a team environment. 3. The job was fully remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

Cons

1. Lack of Trust and Support: My experience was marred by a significant lack of trust from management. There was minimal support provided for the tasks I was responsible for, making it difficult to perform effectively. 2. Inefficient Processes: Many tasks were manual, which not only increased the workload but also the potential for errors. Despite highlighting these issues, no meaningful steps were taken to streamline processes. 3. Poor Management: My manager had limited understanding of effective management practices, resulting in a disconnect between communication and actions. 4. Work Politics: There were significant work politics at play, which impacted the overall work environment and my ability to perform my role effectively.

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
